Booking

When making a booking with us you must send us the details of your group numbers , dates and activities that you wish to do. We assume you are the main contact for the group and all correspondance will between you and us. When you make a booking we assume you have read these terms and conditions and made all members of your group aware of these terms and condtions. If after the booking has been made , you may wish to make changes to the travel itineray we will do our best to help providing we receive written confirmation from the person making the booking.

Changes to itineary can only really done up to 4 weeks before the scheduled date. If the number of the group changes then we may have to recalculate prices accordingly. We expect all group mebers to arrive together unless we have made specific arrangements beforehand.

Deposit

We require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the value of the booking. Once we receive these monies we will send you an email cofirmation and a receipt and confirmation by post.We accept cheques and bank transfer as means of payment.Unfortunatly we do not accept individual payments from group members.

Once we have received this deposit we will book hotels and activities as requested.

We require full payment by 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date otherwise we will have the right to cancel the booking. With all last minute bookings made within 4 weeks of the scheduled date we require full payment on booking.


Cancellation

Obviously if you cancel it will cost us money so we have a cancellation policy that you and us agree to.

We ask that you send us an email outlining the cancellation and we will reply.

We refund any deposit if you wish to cancel within 7 days of your intial booking without reason , however for bookings made within 4 weeks of the sheduled date this is not possible.

If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the scheduled time we will charge you 20% of the total cost
If you cancel less than 4 weeks and more than 1 week we will charge yo 50% of the total cost
If you cancel less than 1 week before we will charge you 100 % of the total cost

We will only cancel if
1.For reasons beyond our control we are unable to organise an event or hotel.
2.Reduction in group numbers makes the event impratical or uneconomical
3.Safety risks or adverse weather condtions affect the event or venue. In this case will we do our best to reschedule the event or arrange a different activity. We are not obliged to give a refund in this case.
4.Members of your party are deemed unsafe by our operators and activity organisers.
5.If we cancel for any other reason than adverse weather condtions or due to mebers of your group being deemed unsafe we will give a full refund of all advance payments.

We expect you to:
1.To behave in a responsible and safe manner
2.Compensate us or our contracters for any damage caused by you or a member of the group on an activity or at a venue.
3.Listen to and obey any instructions of our supervisors , activity leader or guide
4.Each member of the group is individually responsible for their own behaviour and we will not be liable or held responsible for any behaviour deemed unacceptable by us or our suppliers.
